How does one see the sidebar while on mobile in a browser?

Cloud hosted for now on a Digital Ocean server in Germany.
Why in Germany and not somewhere more geographically central to most users?
Their data privacy laws are way better.

New to Lemmy in general, but I saw on other lemmy instances server owners provided monthly updates to their server costs and had transparency of exactly how much money has been donated that month, how much money is set aside in total, and the monthly server costs. I love this and think its great if that was done here
Also, is there any thought on updating the specs of the server when more users join and traffic increases?
