My friend with such card will inconvenience many more if there is no such parking spot as their helper will have to let them out at the door of what-ever-the-place-is. As for not using car, they cannot drive any mean of transportation and the helper isn’t in great health its self to carrie them out on some cargo bike even if electric.
My friend doesn’t deserved to not to have access to a space because the number of handicap today there was as the statistical expectancy and you don’t want them to block the door for you to access either.
