I like PC gaming (Palia, Satisfactory), crafting, gardening, communing with non-humans, and enjoying existential depression through the scope of Zen Buddhism and Tao. Don’t step into my fairy ring unless you know what you’re getting yourself into. 🤭

It wasn’t courage; courage was dressing as an enby-leaning guy for 47 years and trying to feel comfortable in it.
Once I started my transition, I had replaced all of my clothing in the span of 2-3 months. The only “guy” thing I still have now is a pair of Keen’s for crappy weather. I’ll kill them in the garden this year, I promise.
Incredulous stare, go!
You’re absolutely right. I know he means well, it’s just heartbreaking.
My dad doesn’t misgender me, but he keeps deadnaming me, then apologizing by saying “you’ll always be my little boy”. I hate this so much. Why would you say that to me! It’s literally the exact opposite thing I want to hear!
Do you folks think I should tell him why I started calling him “Pop”? I picked it up from Ranma 1/2 about 30 years ago. 😂
Yup! We get black-capped chickadees, very cute and very bold!
I mainly come off as “flowery elf child 1960s hippie witchy gothic Zen”, wearing every piece of my homemade jewelry, looking like I just smoked an eighth of indica, and smelling like I just came from a Morrocan bazaar. I call it “the toasted fairy”. :3
It’s just loose chicken wire on the top of the fence, about 24" of it all the way around, structured haphazardly. It is only tacked to the top of the fence and is very wobbly, stable enough only for small birds (chickadee size). I put it on to deter groundhogs from getting a good footing, but it seems to keep the squirrels out too. Not necessarily foolproof because squirrels are totally ninjas.
During the winter months, I keep my seed and suet feeders inside my fenced garden. That way, it keeps squirrels and other mammals out and adds a small amount of fertilizer (droppings, shelled seeds). It’s a pleasure to see them every morning!

I also like to spend time in lengthy debates with the shampoo and conditioner.
