2·5 days agoAmazing. I remember like 10 years ago people were warning about the massive amounts of data collected on us could potentially be used against us during an authoritarian takeover. But I guess only paranoid weirdos care about their right to privacy.
Pretty fitting that there’s a typo, since it really drives home how little corporations give a shit.

34·12 days agoI’ve only been on the fediverse for a total of like 10 minutes, but it seems so far like a perfectly viable alternative to big tech’s data collection schemes disguised as websites.
That’s the worst thing about this shit. Imagine destroying the whole world in the name of profit and the lust for power, and the rewards you get don’t even make you happy.
