Considering Australia was historically Britain’s prison, this checks out

It’s just empty rhetoric to try to garner some kind of support from radicalists. It’s a power grab among right wingers who have nothing left to latch onto except hatred for an unknown, undefinable enemy.
“Extinguish the left” is not really an attainable goal, just like no one can define “woke”, it’s whatever you want it to be. Just like fighting “terror” all over the world was stupid, fighting a “war” on drugs, it isn’t possible to “win” because it has no definable goal posts.
Yet it’s dangerous talk because it means people will freak out and start attacking everyone they don’t like. Crazy people will go on a shooting spree, thoughts and prayers all around but nothing will change and we’re right back to where we started.
Those that eat this up are disenfranchised, angry at something completely different that’s happened to them in life and they’re taking that frustration out on people that don’t even affect them because the manifestation of their frustration onto a person is easier for them to understand
Because no lifers have taken it over already. Trolls, influencers and everything in between was always going to be the first to adopt it because they have the time to do it. Just cut all that crap out of your life, you don’t need it
🤷 guess we’ll die?
Dangerous… To their profits. Not so dangerous to the rest of us
It’s been that way. I ask myself this kind of question often, what do other major country blocks have to propel themselves into the future? There’s been nothing new and big enough to gain global traction in decades where as America constantly looks for ways to expand its portfolio and often takes neighboring countries with it.
Look to major shakeups in labor and manufacturing next, China is not a good bet anymore so lots of it will move, plenty to Mexico or South America but unfortunately not much to the US still. Maybe chips because they will have massive subsidies for the security value of them but otherwise it’s still too expensive.
What can Europe do? Maybe they will just have to accept the gradual slowdown as they wrestle with a lack of innovation
Stop. Feeding. The. Troll!
Stop using that trash, it’s just a black hole of noise anyway
What’s to say they still won’t do this, considering now Wagner are all branded traitors? Prigozhin should have known better, it was always going to be a one way street he wins or he dies
Don’t see it mentioned yet, it’s an older game but Remember Me is pretty good
I had that thought too, some false flag to get Ukraine to launch it’s main counteroffensive early
Right here my friend! Plenty of megathreads and updates on kbin
I’d give it 50/50 they actually put up resistance or roll over. You can counter terrorist all you want until the terrorists are seasoned mercenaries with tanks knocking at the door
Mercenaries are about to own the whole army
He needs a ride, not ammunition
I think Putin is getting ready to pull back and is cleaning house of anyone who could overthrow him in the inevitable chaos of defeat
Boring until the one time it isnt
Big problem is the Russian air force has been holding off for just this moment. Low flying helicopters and drones are hard to hit and doing significant work defending the lines. It’s why we’ve seen a lot of helicopters downed in the last week too.
Give it time, there’ll be a solution eventually.
While it’s all true, I suggest a different mindset. It’s not an argument we need to win and all of a sudden businesses are going to wake up and start acting different. We need to realize we’re something business wants, not the other way around. They want us so they need to treat us right or we leave, and it’s no problem for us because we’re in demand right now.
If they can’t figure that out, that’s thier problem and no amount of crying changes that. Shit like “nobody wants to work anymore” is an attempt to make us feel bad and make it our problem, it’s not our problem it’s their problem.
If president Trump said so, that’s good enough for me!
