My current solution is mullvad vpn and Tuta with a custom domain for email. I didn’t use any of their other services despite having access.

I bailed on them the minute they made that mistake. I had been very content with their service though less so with all of the new things they were rolling out like the crypto wallet, etc. I miss the convenience of everything in one place but it sounds like I ditched them at a good time.

I really hope the Motorola thing actually pans out. Based on the general state of things I’m done with both Apple and Google.

Same. Built my box 10 years ago next summer and she’s still clinging to life. One day I’ll be able to upgrade… maybe.

From what I understand It’s also likely due to a lack of fiber that keeps everything moving throughout your system all nice like. Much of the processed foods have fiber taken out to make it more palatable. I personally started supplementing and I’ve been working more beans and fiber rich veggies into my daily life.
