6·1 month agoIdk. If it was in their TOS yes they agreed to it. But if the company sait it would only give info if requested by a warrant and they given it without any consideration. They can be sued .
But They reproduce and evolve.

1·2 months agoJe suis vraiment pas dans Au courant de ce qui ce passe a l’interne. Je soulève juste que refaire les même choses dans des structures qui portent d’autres noms et espérer des résultats différents n’est pas utile.
Hot take. Au lieu d’avoir une organisme qui va coordonner les ministère mais qui inévitablement se ramasser un peu de connecté et en opposition a ceux ci.
Les ministères devraient avoir des incitatifs a collaborer. Et les laisser s’organiser organiquement ou ça leurs semble profitable.
Au lieu d’avoir un organisme centrale qui chapaute, avoir un pool de ressource et d’expertises que les ministères peuvent engager.
L’école de la fonction publique devrait avoir sa chaire de recherche en TI appliqué a la fonction publique.
