I actually was able to get it pretty freaking close after posting this by changing the scale to 109% and bottom padding to 174%

My big gripe with heliboard is that I can’t change key size. (Unless you can and I missed it please tell me) Going from Gboard to heliboard I struggle to get the right words with swipe due to the size difference and it’s frustrating.

I have to use gboard on my work phone so there’s no just getting used to it unfortunately.

Edit to add changing keyboard height has helped quite a bit. I’m still a little off but this is much more usable.

Just jumping in here to clarify a thing the other poster asked. “Do you have onboard graphics?” So if you look at the back of your computer, you have the graphics card your monitor is plugged into and potentially other slots along this same card.

What they’re asking is, is there another place, not attached to this same card, where you can plug your monitor into? This would probably be near USB and or audio connections. If you do have that, you may be able to plug your monitor into that instead and the computer can use that INSTEAD of the NVIDIA you’re having issues with. In theory, this would allow you to change resolution settings so you can follow some of the fixes listed here by others.

That’s about as far as my knowledge goes on this though, just the physical components lol. Listen to that guy for the software part.

I mentioned the algorithm BECAUSE that’s why I saw sexual content. No algorithm means when I was scrolling the discover page, I was just getting the most recently uploaded content therefore, sexual content. To be fair, when I first signed up for TikTok back in the day that’s what the algorithm tried to shove at me as well.

I think it has potential as a platform, I still have it installed, I was just sharing my experience.
