Let me go further: spikes.

• Gleba and Space both have infinite resources. Make use of it.
• Bring agricultural towers to Nauvis and start planting trees big style. It will eat up pollution like crazy.
• Underground belts don’t work through empty space and lava. Don’t know why I’m surprised.
• Replace every electric mining drill across the solar system with the big drills. It only depletes 50% of the field it works on, comes with its own productivity bonus, has more mod slots and can put stacks on belts later in the game.

Edit for bonus tip:

• As soon as you unlock foundries, switch to them. No reason to melt iron and copper the old way. The new process uses 50 ore and one caltice and gives 500 liquid iron or copper. So it’s fine to export calcite across the system. You can even cast stuff like pipes, steel etc directly. Even low density structures and concrete without all the intermediate steps. (I forgot to mention it has an in built 50% productivity bonus, which is bonkers)

When I am super lazy and when it’s cold outside I usually make potato stew. Ingredients are afaik cheap all around the world. It goes something like this:

Cut and roast some onion. Peel and cut some carrots into bits and add it into the pot. Add some concentrated tomato paste, salt and pepper. Let it continue simmering at low temperature. Peel and cut some potatoes. Add them to the pot and pour in some water. Just enough to cover everything. Let it simmer at the lowest temperature for an hour or two or five. Doesn’t matter really. It’s potato stew, not beef wellington.

I actually like this. It’s one of the easiest things I occasionally cook and it reminds me of my childhood. The good times at least.

Time on Aquilo itself was pretty short. I might have worked longer on the production platform that is placed in orbit and sends stuff down to the planet, than on the planet itself.

My ramshackle base on Gleba is a weird mix of sushi belts and excessive bot use. Without them my design would break down.

And don’t be concerned about energy. The Gleba recipe for rocket fuel is super easy and you can easily use it to supply multiple rockets and a setup of heating towers + turbines. It’s enough to provide power to hundreds of bots and dozens of tesla towers.

Actually, Gleba is working pretty great. Why? How? Fuck, I don’t know. I think the gods of engineering smiled down on me. Or had pity.

It’s Aquilo I am concerned about. That base is in a constant state of failing but not actually breaking down. Like a sinking ship that doesn’t have the courtesy to finally submerge.

I gave up looking into it. Your sentences are unnecessary long. Your sentence structure is abysmal. You act like you are afraid from getting to the point, because the point might bite you or something. It fucking hurts to read. I don’t even know what you are talking about. The headspace he’s in right now is one of utter confusion and emptiness. For now the dread might be gone. But he is probably far from ok. What he needs right now is love. And I don’t mean hugs and kisses and shit.

Let me explain it this way: He needs normality in a cozy environment. Friends or family around him to have idk like a pizza together while playing games or watching something he’s interested in. The important part is that they are there in person and not everything revolves around him, but with him. If that makes sense?

He doesn’t need an intervention kind of “we love you” bs, which to me sounds like hell on earth. He needs to live the love. Cherish others while being cherished.
