Doesn’t look ai to me… the crochet work is too intricate and neat. Could be wrong, but giant cat amigurumi isn’t outside the realm of what grandmas will do with yarn
I kind of thought so at first, but what I think breaks it for me is where does the back of the cat go? It looks like the cat is either just the front half, or the back of the cat is protruding through the back of the sofa. Also, looking at the paws, some of the yarn near the toes just kind of looks fused together, not knit.

It’s definitely AI - here’s one I just created, if I spent time on it I could get one that looked much better too. https://i.imgur.com/rRJ5kg9.png
Yes, you absolutely could. But should you? Also yes, because this is amazing.

It could just be half a cat. Regardless, I agree that it’s tripping my AI radar though I can’t quite place why
explain the nose then
Appliqué?
Just saying? If that’s AI art it nailed the crochet texture which…. I mean it fails on knowing how many fingers a thing is supposed to have,
We are past that now though, they definitely generally get the fingers right nowadays.
the nose is kindof blended into the crotchet, especially above it it looks like the thread gets fractally smaller until it blends into the nose.
