He’s doing the same thing he’s been doing for 8 years - bullying until someone performs a power surrender, an obeisance. And since Liz Cheney has decided Trump is her moral line she won’t cross, after every bad decision she’s leaned into, it’ll be particularly worrying once we see her on the news praising Trump.

The Democratic party taking over Republican policy started back with Clinton. He deported more than just about anyone else, ended welfare as we knew it, and balanced the federal budget.
The Democratic party simply beat the Republicans to death with their own policies. After Clinton the Republican party should have dissolved since they no longer had anything.
They have since reinvented themselves as low IQ extremists. It is sad to see what they have become but such is life. What blows me away is people still vote for them.
Technically, Obama holds the title as the president who deported the most people.

If the first thing Donald Trump did in office was arrest every Cheney and toss them into Gitmo, I would feel significantly less bad about him winning the election.
