It’s quite impressive, but time will tell of course how well it works under commercial conditions. The idea of doubling up CCS chargers has been done before, too. The Wellington harbour ferry does the same thing.

Wasn’t actually towing anything, but I can confirm it exists.
I am impressed with the stated specs, I’ll be more impressed if it can do what it claims.
~730kWh is a lot of stored energy.
For sure - I guess in an ideal world they’d be used for shorter runs between production / delivery nodes. Eg Factory -> Warehouse, Warehouse -> Railhead / Port. There’s a bit of downtime as trucks get loaded & unloaded so in an integrated system you could charge at the stops as well I suppose.
