Jeez… even the Sovcits are enshittenfying. No maritime coupons, no red pens at perfect angles… just “Here! I’m alive! Gimme gimme!”

    Shameful.

I’m glad they realized that they needed the long form birth certificate, otherwise the dealer might think they were born in Kenya.

You have to send them your original birth certificate, but you know longer own it afterwards. You belong to the dealership now.

I can’t help but wonder… are there any sovcit shop owners that will accept things like birth certificates or eh… long forms? I suddenly have some BIG purchases to make.

Careful or they’ll hit you with a performance contract and you’ll owe them trillions for inconveniencing them.

One of them had a store but decided not to renew her business license and was only going to “operate in the private”. Didn’t last long.

As much as you might think that car dealers are the devil, they’re not trading you your soul for a car.

And can you imagine the salesperson spending two hours working the sale, finally getting them sold and off to finance, only for this shit to start up? Sovcit’s looking to get his ass kicked pulling that shit.

Edit: Oh ohhhh this is even better. The dealer is fucking with them. There’s no such thing as an “origin[ation] of trust” form or document or anything.

It sounds to me like they’re pretending to confuse birth certificates with ssl certificates

Damn, I sold cars back in the day, came to ask what the hell the dealer was asking for and what country.
