I’d love some non alcoholic bitters (I have stopped drinking, living in France), are there any?
I’ve had stuff like Phony Negronis before that were like that, did a good job of not trying to mask the bitterness with sugar. Don’t have any specific recommendations, but this site came up and says it’s all N/A bitters: https://allthebitter.com/
