I went to that exact same building for many years of my life and I didn’t learn new things everyday
My server admin course had a lab journal where we had to write what new things we learned in the lab.
My instructor was not happy with me answering, “I learned nothing because I already knew the information in the lab,” for every one. I actually had to escalate that one to the Dean to pass the class.
So you almost failed because you knew everything. That’s the kind of empowering pedagogy we need more of
