The goal is to hit a target fiscal quota (which they’ll never do), and Melon Husk thinks he’s smart enough to fix everything back up so it runs like a corporation (which will never work, because governments do much more than chase profits). And he can do it all while treating everything like a meme! /s
So it’s somebody who thinks they have a plan, but really, he’s just an edgelord manchild demonstrating how completely inept he is over and over again.
