That said, he did approve it and share it. Probably asked for it and specified that the Obamas be portrayed as simians too. He just didn’t “make it”.
I don’t know of anyone ever crediting Trump with making the video. I believe it’s been making the rounds on Nazified social media circles for a while.

His twitter isn’t actually him posting, but he does verify it. Its just misinformation to be saying that he writes all this shit while he can’t properly form syllables.
