*phew*
Glad I circled back to this one, as you replied to your own post, meaning I wasn’t given a notification.Yeah, that’s all about where I am myself, even including the eyes. What’s your issue if I may ask?
Me, I woke up last week with a batch of new floaters in my left eye, and also (briefly) some very slight flashings on the left side. Thought I might have a detaching retina, but it settled down… *knock on wood*
Nice work.
One of the reasons I’ve done very few edits of my own is that I haven’t quite worked out the best way to edit text bubbles. I don’t want to have to screw around in GIMP carefully arranging text to best fit, but would rather use some kind of pre-existing tool.
So all that said, I’m curious what you used.
(Oops! Accidentally posted my reply in the wrong place!)
Thank you! I used Paint.net to paint over the inside of the bubble, and then placed the text in a layer over the top. I forget what font I used, but I think I got it from Google font search. I had to line it all up by hand—and with my eyes it comes down to pure luck. (You can almost always tell my edits by the off-center text 😅)
Cool!
And we don’t have to talk about our eye health if we don’t want to. 😮💨No worries! My issues are a severe astigmatism and nearsightedness. As strong as my prescription is, I still see things a little askew.
Ah, okay.
I have both those things, but probably not as much as you. Good health and long-life to you, mate. 🙂Thanks! And for you as well 😊
