    The winner would not be able to take all the weed at once, as state laws doesn’t allow the sale of more than an ounce of weed per day. In turn, the winner will receive 16 vouchers worth 1 ounce of weed each. The winner can redeem the vouchers when they like.

      I thought this was the most important statement in the article:

      A pound of cannabis equals 16 ounces of marijuana.

      Really clears things up.
