Why does the UN not issue sanctions against the US for these crimes against humanity?

Who would enforce those sanctions? Assuming that the US didn’t veto them.

Like it or not it has been the US that has been acting as the world’s policeman since the 1940’s. It would take an awful lot to bell that cat.

The sanctions would be enforced by the countries, such as was done against South Africa during apartheid

No other country will enforce it, American hegemony is real and youre kidding yourself if you think the UN would actually get off its ass and do something. Plus the US would just veto anything anyways.

You dont need enforcement. Again, look at South Africa. Sometimes countries just do the right thing after getting together and talking about it in a forum.
