only 8 hours? what joyous bliss.
i somehow need at least 9 hours, sometimes 10 or even 11, and if i try to get up too early my entire nervous system is completely out of wack so my brain is still half asleep and my muscles are weak and uncoordinated. Then at some point i’ve had enough sleep and i snap fully awake.
I’ve never had that state of being slightly groggy and yawning in the morning, i’m either falling back asleep on the toilet while taking the morning pee, or i won’t be able to fall asleep again until after midnight.fuck frequent urination.
Gotta pee 3 times at night, like full bladders of wee, not during the day though.
