I’ve been using this client for a little while. It’s nice, a little buggy here and there. But I like it. I do find myself opening Element up to do random things; however.
Have you tried NeoChat? I switched from nheko to NeoChat a little while back and am pretty happy with it generally.
I have not, I’ll give it a shot!
Edit: Looked for it but it doesn’t run on MacOS :(

Yeah I’m not sure I like it.
I love it, it feels like the old mIRC client from when I was a youngster. 🤣
